On this page we offer our 2011-2017 Jeep Compass / Patriot Vinyl 17″ Wheel Overlay Decals in 8 colors – gloss black, matte black, white, silver, red, pink, yellow, turquoise. Our self adhesive vinyl overlays are made from high-quality Oracal 651 vinyl material, the best automotive vinyl in the industry. This Jeep Patriot or Compass (fits both) Wheel Blackout kit features reveal around the decals where the aluminum shows. (see picture below) We have found that most customers prefer this look for this model.
Before installing, wash your wheels and wipe down the application areas with isopropyl alcohol. This removes any residue on the wheels that may prevent adhesion.
This decal is best applied dry. Simply peel the decal from the release liner (wax paper) and apply directly to your wheel. If it is off center, gently peel it off and reapply. Once it is in the proper position, press it in well with a soft cloth.
This is one of our kits “with reveal” meaning the decal will leave silver showing around it for a custom look.
Note – these decals can also be installed using the wet method.
